shipping policy

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Please note that all import duties, vat fees, etc, vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been processed and shipped.

return & exchange policy

Gold Coast Treasures ultimate goal is to satisfy the customer. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the unused item within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price, minus 20% restocking fee.

Sale/discounted items and custom clothing orders are not eligible for a refund.

Items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging (whenever possible) to ensure full credit.

Return Instructions:

  1. First, contact us to confirm that your item is eligible for return.

  2. All products must be returned in the same condition it was received, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

  3. Enclose your order number, customer name, and address with the item.

  4. All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. You must provide tracking number for your return package.
